Argentina strongly condemns Baghdad attack

 The Argentine Republic condemns in the most vigorous terms the terrorist attack perpetrated tonight at a shopping mall in the city of Baghdad, which thus far has left a toll of over a dozen people dead or injured.

The Argentine Government conveys its condolences and solidarity to the Government and people of Iraq, especially to those injured and to the victims’ families.

The Argentine Republic reiterates its strong commitment to peace and to the fight against terrorism, within the framework of international law and respect for human rights.
