Assistant Secretary of State for Global Public Affairs Russo Travels to Newark, Delaware

As part of International Education Week, Assistant Secretary of State for Global Public Affairs (GPA), Bill Russo, will travel to Newark, DE and the University of Delaware, on November 15. During this visit, Assistant Secretary Russo will emphasize the important role of international education and exchange as the University commemorates the 100th anniversary of its study abroad program, the oldest in the nation.
