WATERCOLOR Techniques Using ACRYLICS | 2 Landscapes 3 Colors

►► Get my FREE GUIDE – 5 Proven Ways To Loosen Up Your Painting Style

In this video I’ll be painting two landscapes while showing you some of my best techniques how to use acrylic paint like watercolour.

I’ll use only 3 colors plus black. Yellow Ochre, Burnt Sienna, Indigo (dark blue) and Black. The paper I’m using is a smooth, acid-free 110lb/160grm paper for sketching but watercolor paper would work well. Try out different papers to see what type you prefer.

These painting exercises are great when you have limited time or as a starting point for larger works. I like to do them as “warm up” exercises at the beginning of a day in the studio.
