I like Joe Rogan. I have listened to Joe Rogan for over 5 years. Joe Rogan is the biggest podcasters in the world with 11 million downloads per episode. Like me, people listen to him because he is authentic, Inquisitive and likes a good conversation.Since he is one of the biggest podcasters in the world he gets very interesting people on his show.
Recently Joe Rogan has come under fire. A few days ago Neil Young wrote an open letter to Spotify, who both Rogan and Young use as their platform to share their content. Neil Young believes Rogan uses his platform to share miss information about covid which Young believes could cause death or health problems for folks who believe the misinformation. So Young gave Spotify an ultimatum it’s either me or Joe Rogan you can’t have us both. Spotify said “ciao” to Neil Young and his music.
But this is bigger than Neil Young and Joe Rogan and spotify this is more about the 1st amendment and freedom of speech. Just because you don’t like what somebody says doesn’t mean they should be canceled or not allowed to talk and speak their mind regardless of how wrong they might be.
