For non vaccinated travelers: Make sure to fill out this online health pass:
Here is the link for the online health pass ALL travelers need to fill out. This is the link and you can fill it out 72 hours prior to your flight. This is also where you attached your health insurance policy so they can approve it and send you the QR code.
For the vaccinated travelers you need to fill out the same health pass and add a copy of your vaccination card. Travel Insurance is not mandatory but I highly advise to get it anyway.
