Foradori received the President of the European Parliament, Martin Schulz

The Deputy Foreign Minister Carlos Foradori received the President of the European Parliament, Martin Schulz, at the Palacio San Martín. Mr. Schulz was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of General San Martín and laid a floral wreath at the Liberator’s memorial on the square named after him.
