Accommodation
ManchesterAlthough there is not such a vast choice of ‘sleep cheap’ accommodation, there are a few hostels in Manchester that are even located quite centrally. The most well-known is probably the Manchester Youth Hostel at Potato Wharf. Manchester gets attracts quite a lot of tourists and business people. Therefore, it won’t be a problem to find a mid range or first class hotel. If you don’t have the urge to sleep in the big city itself, check out one of the (usually private) B&B’s in one of the surrounding areas. Most places are well connected to Manchester by public transport.
