Prime Minister Justin Trudeau arrives in the Netherlands for the first stop on a six-day trip where he plans to address the Dutch parliament Friday and meet later in the day with Prime Minister Mark Rutte. He’ll then head to Rome for the first in-person gathering of G20 leaders since 2019 and attend the United Nations COP 26 meeting.
