The Marble Church – Frederik’s Church
– Evangelical Lutheran Church of Denmark.

Walls built in solid marbles.
Around the church are 14 bronze statues of prominent Danish Church Fathers.
The altarpiece shaped in Roman Baroque style.
The cupola decorated with angles and the 12 apostles.

The work on drawings for the Marble Church was started approx. 1740, but the church was not consecrated until 1894.
It measures 31 meters in diameter and rests on 12 pills and is 79 meters high.
