Tourist reservations in Cuba have dropped more than 10 percent in March so far because of coronavirus, says the ministry of tourism — an industry that is key to the country’s economy. While some countries are putting up barriers, holiday makers are still welcome to the island and some hotels like the renowned Hotel Nacional are taking extra steps to keep their rooms clean. Cuba announced its first novel coronavirus case on Wednesday.
