Argentine presence at the 2016 SIAL Paris Food Exhibition

More than 320 Argentine businesspersons representing 123 national agrifood companies are participating this week in SIAL Paris2016—the most important international exhibition in the industry, where Latin America has been named Region of Honour this year.

Mass participation by Argentine businesses was promoted through the coordinated work of the Argentine Foreign Ministry, the Ministry of Agro-industry and the Exportar Foundation. This is an excellent opportunity to offer Argentine products to more than 135,000 buyers from across the world who will visit the exhibition.

The Minister of Agro-industry, Ricardo Buryaile, opened the Argentine pavilion, together with Argentine Ambassador to France, Jorge Faurie; the Secretary for Agro-industry Markets, Marisa Bircher; and the Undersecretary for Trade Promotion and Investment Development, Marcelo Lucco; as well as other national and provincial authorities.
