The Argentine Government strongly condemns the terrorist attack perpetrated at a concert in Manchester, United Kingdom, which claimed several lives and left many injured.

Argentina firmly condemns terrorism and calls on the international community to strengthen cooperation in the fight against this scourge, which is the result of intolerance and fanaticism.

We regret the loss of life and convey our condolences to the victims’ families, as well as our solidarity to those who have been injured, hoping for their quick and full recovery.

These heinous acts must not undermine the will of the societies targeted to continue to live their lives in freedom, without being conditioned by the ideas of violent groups that seek to spread terror.

The Argentine Consulate in London has provided an emergency number for enquiries: (+44)7802457931.
